For on-the-move executives who value efficiency and conveniency, our “Fast Track” arrival service assists you through border control on to the baggage and customs area, and helps to connect you with your driver. For executive departure, our Greeter will coordinate with your driver and greet you curbside, assist you through check-in and immigration, and will take you to your airline lounge or the boarding gate. And for Connection or Transit, our Airport VIP Meet and Assist Assistant will welcome you when you step into the terminal, guide you through the connection and transfer process, and escort you to your airline lounge or departure gate. What does it cost?
The Service Fee depends on the airport, service type, number of passengers, the date and time of day. We add a Booking Fee (usually 11%) which covers the cost of arranging the service and a Card Processing Fee (usually 5%) which covers the cost charged by the payment gateway and banks.

A meet and assist airport assistant - with their local knowledge, contacts & resources - will help passengers travelling in any cabin class or on any airline. When you click “Book Now”, you can select the airport and service you want, input the necessary flight details, and then pay on line with a card. After your payment is received you receive an automatic confirmation of your order.
Our reservation team then checks your request carefully and sends the order to our airport team, who then assign on of their team a your greeter to meet and assist you.
Finally another confirmation – this time from one of our reservation team -- is sent giving you the local emergency contact number and the name of your greeter.
